yup, the sleep schedule has been a bit off, just staying up pretty late hanging out with all of these new people ive met, i went to thier version of a walmart today and got food, so i should be good to go for the next two weeks or so, we went out the other night and i got a steak pie, which was actually really good,. I really feel pretty good, the jet lag hasnt kicked in much yet, the room is a bit small, but its got everything i need, hopefully ill have my internet up by tomorrow so i can send you pictures. I went to thier gym today, it was really nice, i got a good run it, the only thing was that all of the machienes were in km instead of miles haha, hoping to ride my bike around tomorrow and see the town if the weather is nice, its been pretty dark and rainy for the most part so far..but hopefully nicer tomorrow, i really have no way of knowing what the weather is like, i've just been using other peoples computers so far to send a message or two and check my schedule..anyways, im sure ill talk to ya again soon, hope all is well in iowa
